Accountability and Transparency: BOA representatives and SFUO executives need to be held accountable for any transactions that occur within the organizational structure. The SFUO is considered to be a union, federation and corporation and it is important that BOA representatives are able to differentiate between these levels when sitting on the board. It is particularly imperative to focus on expenditures and fiscal reports so that students’ money is allocated in the appropriate manner. Also, partisan politics must be removed from the federation level in order to succeed in having a truly transparent board of administration.

Sustainability: The SFUO has undertaken initiatives to create a more ecologically-friendly campus and it is important that all facets of the SFUO continue to adhere to these initiatives within businesses, services, federated bodies and campaigns. I would like to see less paper being wasted on campus and as such, I am campaigning within sustainable means and will not be printing any posters during the elections.

Inclusiveness: Most students are unaware of what the BOA is and its governance role within the SFUO. Because students are uninformed to the existence of this body, it makes it increasingly difficult for students to become engaged and voice their opinions. I would like to see meetings become more publicized within the student body at large so that students can have their chance to participate and change their student government on a more macro level.

Responsabilisation et transparence : Les administrateurs au CA et les exécutifs de la FÉUO ont besoin d'être tenus responsables des transactions qui se produisent au sein de la structure organisationnelle. La FÉUO est considérée comme une union, fédération et corporation, et les représentants au CA doivent pouvoir faire la différence entre ces niveaux lorsqu’ils siègent au conseil. Il est impératif de se focaliser sur les dépenses et les rapports budgétaires afin que l'argent des élèves soit réparti de manière appropriée. En outre, la politique partisane doit être retirée du niveau de la fédération afin de réussir à avoir un conseil d’administration véritablement transparent.

Durabilité : La FÉUO a entreprise des initiatives visant à créer un campus plus écologique et il est important que toutes les facettes de la FÉUO continuent d'adhérer à ces initiatives au sein des entreprises, des services, des entités fédérées et des campagnes. Je voudrais que moins de papier soit gaspillé sur le campus et donc, j’entretiens une campagne durable, en n’imprimant aucune affiche pendant les élections.

L'inclusivité : La plupart des étudiants ne savent ce qu`est le CA et son rôle de gouvernance au sein de la FÉUO. Puisque les étudiants ne sont pas informés de l'existence de ce corps, cela minimise la chance que les élèves s’impliquent et fassent entendre leurs opinions. Je voudrais que les réunions soient plus médiatisées afin que les étudiants puissent avoir la chance de changer leur gouvernement étudiant à un niveau plus macro.
